All orders are shipped with signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase. All orders are insured.

We ship via FedEx or UPS insured, and offer two shipping options within the continental United States:

Second-Day Air – $20
Overnight Next-Day Air (does not include Saturday delivery) – $30
Jo Latham cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

We do our very best to ship every in-stock item and order within 24 hours of it being placed. If a portion of your order is not currently available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday should be shipped that day. Holidays will affect shipping.

2nd Day Air will arrive two business days after it is shipped. (If your order goes out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday.)

Overnight will arrive the following business day after it has been shipped.

Keep in mind that orders being shipped via expedited services are only in motion during business days. Therefore, something shipped UPS overnight on a Friday will arrive the following Monday.

You will be emailed a tracking number once the shipping label is generated.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with no visible damage, scratching or evidence of wear. Returns are not available for special order* merchandise. All sale items are final sale. All trunk show sales are final sale.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Recipient is responsible for return shipping costs.

* A special order is anything we order for you that is not a regularly stocked item.


Any order purchased during the month of December may be returned full refund or exchange NO LATER THAN January 5th.

Not at all! Jo Latham is constantly reordering and we can absolutely get an item for you even if it appears to be out of stock. Please allow 4-6 weeks. We will take a 50% at the time of you order. Special orders are final sales.

You carry a designer I love but I do not see the particular piece I am looking for. Can you get it for me?

What happens if I need a repair on something I bought online?

*$^# Happens! No worries. Jewelry is meant to be worn and enjoyed and even the toughest of stones and metals can need a little TLC every now and them. All repairs will be assessed and evaluated on an individual basis to determine what is needed. Our goal is to get your jewelry returned to you as quickly as possible and back in action.
